Depending on which service you request, your chauffuer will either be in baggage claim or at the blue diamond.

-If you requested a meet and greet, you chauffeur wil be waiting in baggage claim with a nameboard. They will help you with any baggage and escort you to your vehicle.

-If you request a blue diamond pick up, you will need to call the office at 480.279.5100 once you have collected your luggage. You will then be directed to the blue diamond pick up area outside the terminal

    Terminal 2: The blue diamond is located out the East doors and across the street.

    Terminal 3: The blue diamond is located on the North inside curb.

    Terminal 4: The blue diamond is located on the North outside curb.

Our cancellation policy depends on the type of reservation is booked. Airport transfers require up to 24 hours notice, limousine charters require up to 72 hours notice, and special days/events can range up to 1 week notice. Cancellation fee's range from 25% to 100% of the reserved reservation total.

Our 24/7 dispatch department tracks all arriving flights with state of the art computer systems. Flight times are the most current and assure our on-time arrival. Your chauffuer will be in baggage claim when you arrive.
